Classroom Behavior

First, the three R's:
1.  Respect Authority     
A.  Listen to authority

B.  Follow directions the first time
C.  Accept responsibility for behavior

2.  Respect Rights of others
A.  Use appropriate voice and language
B.  Listen to the speaker
C.  Respect opinions and points of others
D.  Refrain from harassment
E. Every student has the right to an education, respect that right and do not disrupt fellow students'  education.

3.  Respect Property

A.  Respect property of others
B.  Respect own property.

Showing good character , being prepared for classes, and appropriate social skills is expected behavior for all sixth grade students.
If these behavioral expectations (and others listed in the RLBMS code of conduct) are broken, myself and the administration reserve the right to assign appropriate consequences for the inappropriate behavior.  Please refer to the student agenda, pages 8&9 for a list of offenses and consequences that your child may be subjected to.
